...has managed to survive in Cambria since August 8, 1981. She’s been the Executive Director of the local Youth/Community Center, a parent educator, gardener, disc jockey (at the “Otter”), personal assistant, Boy Scout leader and actress in Little Theatre. Dianne is currently a School Board member, weekly columnist, massage practitioner, and crafts teacher. Her favorite job of all, however - mom.

...was born and raised in the southern foothills of California’s Central Valley where he literally lived the life so many folk and blues artists have written songs about since the birth of roots music. It would take years for Canales to connect his history to his own sound - branded “Native Americana” by fans. His inner soul flows through his flute, and when he embraces his roots and caresses the guitar, you catch a glimpse of his life, through his eyes.

...has her feet in multiple worlds: the arts, new media, teaching, business, spiritual journeying. She has taken the path less traveled and is still enjoying the view! A former New Yorker now living “in the country,” Tobey could not be more happy to see the beauty of the natural world unfold on a daily basis. It never fails to take her breath away. She is also delighted to be married to a wonderful husband, the writer Mark Onspaugh. They have two silly cats.

...loves the outdoors, nature and animals, and this is evident in her work today. Recently, she and her husband relocated to the central coast. Suzette has a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from California State University of Bakersfield, and has been creating, teaching and learning art for 17 years professionally, having taught a large variety of media to all age groups and experience levels. Suzette feels strongly that it is important for artists to constantly share, continue learning and create art that provides personal growth.

...started out as a professional artist and Montessori-trained child development specialist. After successful careers in both art and education, she stumbled onto the healing power of art and of journaling with her non-dominant hand while struggling with a mysterious life-threatening illness. Her full recovery without medication led to a new career as an art therapist. Lucia is also a workshop leader and best-selling author of 13 books. Her innovative methods spark and nurture creativity in all areas of life.

...began her journey in the healing arts at a young age with massage therapy, moving into Oriental Medicine and acupuncture in the 1990’s, and sound and energy healing. Aleya has the ability to see the unseen, to locate where energy and challenges are arising from and assist individuals in healing. Her mastery is in having the ability to see why people have created specific situations in their lives and what they are attempting to learn from these circumstances. Aleya gives toning and meditation concerts and is also the founder of the Dao Institute, an organization that assists individuals in living a simple clear life from the heart.

...loves art and creativity, which have always been a presence in her life. The very foundation of her peaceful creativity and artistic expression is based on a deep relationship with the earth and universe, and a desire to share this with others. Jennifer has found that healing of the body/mind/spirit occurs every time she fills herself up with 'creative food’, and her offering is to encourage others to take time for their own version of ‘creative food' as she knows from experience it will aid in overall peace, health and well-being.
